To help our team deliver the best possible shine and a smooth, efficient experience, here are a few simple ways you can prepare for your upcoming window cleaning with Radiant Clean:

1. Clear the Way — Inside and Out
Unobstructed access helps us work quickly and safely.

  • Indoors: Please move any furniture, décor, plants, or personal items away from windows and window sills. If something is too large to move, feel free to cover it with a sheet to protect it from any occasional drips.
  • Outdoors: Remove patio furniture, planters, or any items that may block exterior windows. If trees or shrubs are brushing against your windows, trimming them back is helpful but not required.

2. Take Down Window Coverings
If we're cleaning your windows inside, please remove curtains, blinds, or shades ahead of time. This allows us to clean edge-to-edge without risk of damage to your window treatments.

3. Screen Cleaning (Optional Add-On)
If you'd like your window screens cleaned, please remove them prior to our arrival. Screen cleaning is an additional service—just let us know in advance so we can provide pricing and plan accordingly.

4. Keep Pets Safe and Comfortable
To protect your pets and our technicians, please keep animals in a separate room or safe outdoor area during the service. Our equipment and team might be unfamiliar to them, and we want to avoid any escapes or stress.

5. Share Any Special Requests
Have older windows, hard-to-reach panes, or specific concerns? Please tell us when scheduling or when we arrive so we can tailor our approach.

6. Ensure Utility Access
Our team may need to access an outdoor water hose or a power outlet. Please make sure these are available and in working condition.

If you have any questions about our service, please contact us! If you're interested in a window cleaning for your home or office, we're happy to give you a free quote.
